eCommerce Market Entry Package Commercial

Package 1:

Account Opening in Malaysia:

  • Leveraging on Commerce.Asia trade license and banking facility
  • Merchant / Brand does not need to setup their own legal entity in Malaysia

Online Channels Setup:

  • Official store opening across 1 x platform:
    • Lazada MY / Shopee MY
    • Including submission of documents for store opening and Mall Status application (**Mall status estores gets highest exposure and benefits from platforms)
  • Digital marketing services setup

Monthly Account Management

  • Key Account Management to liaise with for all eCommerce matters assigned to Merchant
  • Uploading of new products for Lazada MY / Shopee MY (as and when required)
  • Marketplace official store maintenance and management for either:
    • Lazada MY / Shopee MY
  • Marketplace campaign participation and management in 1 x Local Marketplace Platform
  • Official store maintenance also includes banner design and up-keep
  • Customer Service Management for Marketplace Platforms (Business days Mon – Sun, 9am – 6pm) excl. public holidays
  • Monthly sales performance review, insights & reporting

Monthly Performance Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Including but not limited to: Marketplace campaigns
  • Performance marketing team will work with Merchant to recommend, plan and execute performance marketing strategies such as:
    • Facebook Ads & Retargeting Ads
    • Marketplace Ads & Keyword Marketing

Monthly Warehousing & Fulfilment

  • Inbounding – included
  • Quality control & stock management (GRN) – included
  • Synching to eWMS – included
  • Storage space / rental – chargeable at RM80 per CBM)
  • Outbound (pick & pack) – chargeable at RM1.50 per item below 3kgs
  • Standard packaging materials – included
  • Delivery fees shall be borne by end-user / buyer
