Business Process Transformation

The Brief

Audrey Lee, Founder of Dreams Establishment and its retail arm, Little House of Dreams, felt that it was time to elevate the operations management of her growing business. Having set up the Central Kitchen to support the retail and wholesale business, it has become important to look at reducing manual effort, unnecessary replication and also look at data analytics to help build the business’s profitability from a more systematic perspective.

Astreem’s Core 360 ERP system helps her do exactly that. By embarking on the Business Process transformation project, Dreams Establishment now has a seamless system that allows the retail stores to connect straight into the Headquarters, and the Central Kitchen allowing the management to get important business data in real-time to make critical decisions.

The Discovery

After working with the back end and  Front end operations, the workflow was  developed. The Astreem and Dreams establishment team worked together to finetune the process. Once the process was confirmed, we customised the workflow to suit the Dreams Establishment operations process. Following that,  the team  detailed the information that was extracted from each process and input the relevant data.
