Stree Naidu continues to build a reputable track record of more than 15 years in the Security, Business Intelligence and Channel Distribution Model within the region’s IT industry. As the current Vice President of Imperva Asia Pacific, he is responsible for the overall business operations across Asia Pacific and Japan. Stree brings with him a depth of technical knowledge and unrivalled successful execution and growth of software businesses. He was the former Regional Vice President of Asia Pacific and Japan for Tumbleweed Communications where he drove significant revenue sales for several consecutive years. Prior to Tumbleweed Communications, Naidu was the Regional Director of Asia for Plumtree Software where he restructured the direct sales approach into a channel distribution model – delivering more than 80 percent of revenue in Asia from the channel in the first quarter alone. |
Gerald Martin Wee |
With over 9 years of legal practice experience, Gerald was qualified as a Barrister of England and Wales in 1996 and subsequently qualified as an Advocate & Solicitor in Singapore in 1997. His litigation skills were honed at the leading litigation firm of Harry Elias Partnership with an emphasis on corporate and commercial litigation, involving insolvency, bankruptcy and defamation law. Gerald’s corporate expertise ranges from general corporate advisory work to specialised skills in the areas of debt and equity listings and mergers and acquisitions for the banking and securities industry in Singapore and around Southeast Asia. He once served on the financial services team at Allen & Gledhill, one of Singapore’s leading corporate law firms. Today, Gerald is a partner at the firm of Bogaars & Din, specialising in both corporate and commercial litigation. |
Lee Shy Tsong |
Bachelor of Laws (Hons), National University of Singapore Shy Tsong has an extensive experience in intellectual property registration and manages worldwide intellectual property portfolios for clients. He specialises in all areas of intellectual property law and is a registered Patent Agent for Singapore. He is also a member of the Association of Singapore Patent Agents (ASPA) and a registered Trademark and Industrial Design Agent in Malaysia. Shy Tsong graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1994. He joined Donaldson and Burkinshaw in 1996. In addition to his law degree, he also holds an Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies. |

Madam Han is an inspirational and experienced professional in the operations field. She is the founding shareholder of Multi-Chem Limited, a company listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX). Multi-Chem is headquartered in Singapore and has 25 subsidiaries and 2 associated companies across Asia Pacific region. Madam Han holds a successful performance history of over 30 years in operations and management.
Currently on the Board of Directors as the Chief Operating Officer of Multi-Chem Limited, Madam Han has in depth expertise in developing and modelling effective and resource-efficient operation models. As a business leader with vast knowledge, her expertise and guidance is of great value to Astreem. |
