Business Operations Manager

The position is responsible for ensuring smooth business operations, requiring a systematic, analytical, process oriented and level headed personality. The manager is assigned with budget and goal-setting; during others, he or she may be focused on directing the long-term operations of the business and daily affairs. The person in this role should also be skilled in dispute resolution and have the leadership skills to keep other employees focused and working toward mutual goals.

• Accounting function (Major portion of Book keeping and accounts outsourced)

Qualifications and Requirements
• A business degree is preferred.
• Proficient with spoken and written English.
• Proficient with spoken and written Chinese is preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other PC programs (Fundamental).
• Ability to understand basic financial reports.

Franchise Marketing Manager

The Franchise Sales Manager will source, screen and sell franchise opportunities to qualified franchisee candidates. Position requires exceptional interpersonal, presentation and verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interviewing skills, financial analysis experience and analytical ability. Proven successful sales experience is required.

Essential Job Functions:

•Manage Franchise sales process locally and internationally
•Plan and drive franchise marketing activities and events

Qualifications and Requirement
•Minimum 3 years successful franchise sales experience.
•A relevant university degree.
•An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
•Demonstrated knowledge of franchise and licensing regulations, laws and procedures (preferred).
•Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, including the ability to prepare and present to executives and potential franchisees – individually and in group formats – information and materials using Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and other PC programs.

Marketing, Communication and Event Executive

Responsibilities:

•Assist in developing and driving the firm’s overall marketing, communication, branding and event managements. This includes overseeing the corporate collaterals & materials, maintaining the website & schedule.
•Assist in handing media relations, publicity, vendors, internet Web 2.0 marketing, advertising campaigns and publications, including writing press releases, producing e-newsletter and marketing collaterals.
•Organise both local and regional marketing and education events, seminars and conferences.
Requirements:

•Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications/ Business studies, marketing, event management
or related field.
•Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience in public relations, marketing or
event management.
•Flair in writing and strong command in English is essential.
•Must be internet savvy and competent in MS office applications.
•Must be a well-organised self starter with high energy level and the ability to handle projects simultaneously.
•Highly adaptable to dynamic changes.
•Ability to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines.
•Added advantage with experience on social media marketing (blogs, forums, social networks).

Qualifications and Requirements:

•Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, journalism, communications, public relations, or a related field.
•A minimum of 4 years of integrated marketing communications and corporate branding experience; experience developing and articulating a core brand positioning strategy for a variety of high-profile companies and organisations is a must.
•Skilled communicator with a deep foundation of experience in a broad range of corporate communications, including executive positioning, media relations, employee communications, and issues management.
•Prior experience in product marketing, brand architecture, brand research, interactive strategies, or brand launch and implementation is a MUST.
•Ability to direct research and interpret and apply the results to develop messages and approaches that convey a company’s value and differentiate it from others in the competitive field.
•Ability to synthesize complex integrated marketing communications aimed at segmented audiences across all disciplines—advertising, direct mail, promotion, employee communications, social media, and public relations.
•Proven ability to lead major client engagements, set priorities, and a willingness to take ownership.
•Possess a high level of energy, excitement, and enthusiasm, as well as vision and creative problem-solving skills.
•Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to work as a part of a team in the development of programs and presentations.
•Adept at developing and managing client relationships, budgets, and resources.
