With over 18 years of consumer retail experience in the region, Hsien Naidu has been integral in the growth of many local SMEs from across varying industries via franchising, marketing, branding or intellectual property protection strategies. She has held key executive positions with some of the regions most recognised brand names.
 
Astreem Corporation was founded on her vision for the need for SMEs across Asia Pacific to outsource their marketing and business development processes.  Hsien’s passion is rooted in aiding SMEs to grow in the region and whilst doing that, increasing each client’s business value.
 
As a Certified Practicing Management Consultant and SCOPE IP Consultant, Hsien and Astreem are committed to bringing new and relevant marketing insights to the business community in Asia Pacific and hence her ongoing partnership on projects with ASME, IE Singapore and FLA.
