A. Local Franchise Matching - Upon signing up, Astreem will require an in-depth interview with the franchisor
to develop the Franchise Program and specific Franchisee Requirements. - After assessing the requirements and developing targeted markets, a 12-Month
Marketing Plan is developed. - Astreem Website Listing (Astreem invests in SEO for the countries of interest in franchise-related keywords that help to increase our clients’ franchise profiles) -- Franchisors will have presence on our homepage for interested franchisees to
browse through and know what is available. - OPTIMUM Franchise listing (Bi-Monthly publication) -- E-booklet option will also
be made available (2009). - Franchisor will be featured in 3 Discovery Days held locally to introduce the Brand to potential Franchisees.
- Local Franchise Fairs: Franchisors get a brand presence at the Astreem Franchise
Matching hub at FLAsia events held annually. - Active representation on a client-to-client basis -- Astreem does direct one-on-one
client specific matches. Astreem serves as franchise manager and negotiate franchise fees as well as screen for the right franchisees before franchisors are invited to meet. - Negotiation of Franchise terms.
B. Astreem International Master Franchise (IMF) Development Astreem IMF Development Phase I New market Pre-Entry Studies: After initial discussions with key personnel to determine needs and analyse systems used, Astreem will identify your corporate strengths and suitability for target markets. Astreem IMF Development Phase II Infrastructure adaptation: Astreem local franchise adaptation commences, defining the content and value of the region’s Master Franchise rights package; outlining a development program for Master Franchisees and their networks; producing Franchise Agreements with local territory lawyers, assisting with securing intellectual property rights and co-ordinating the production of marketing materials. This Phase is conducted on a country basis and charges commence on a per country entry basis. Astreem IMF Development Phase III Master Franchisee recruitment program: Utilising our qualified database of known investors from the target countries, exhibition marketing, specialised franchise publications, websites and our global network of offices, we will coordinate the most effective recruitment campaign. Astreem manages the process of Master Franchisee candidate short listing, screening and pre-qualification, respond to enquiries and introduce prospective Master Franchisees as well as manage the negotiation process. Once a Franchisor signs up, we determine the franchise marketing course and develop a 12-month marketing plan.
