Gerald is a lawyer with 9 years of legal practice experience.  He qualified as a Barrister of England and Wales in 1996 and subsequently qualified as an Advocate & Solicitor in Singapore in 1997.  His litigation skills were honed at the leading litigation firm of Harry Elias Partnership with an emphasis on corporate and commercial litigation, involving insolvency, bankruptcy and defamation law.  Gerald's corporate expertise ranges from general corporate advisory work to specialised skills in the areas of debt and equity listings, and mergers and acquisitions for the banking and securities industry in Singapore and around Southeast Asia, when he served on the financial services team at Allen & Gledhill, one of Singapore's leading corporate law firms.  Today, Gerald is a partner at the firm of Bogaars & Din, specialising in both corporate and commercial litigation.

Shy Tsong has extensive experience in intellectual property registration and manages worldwide intellectual property portfolios for clients.  He specialises in all areas of intellectual property law and is a registered Patent Agent for Singapore. He is also a member of the Association of Singapore Patent Agents (ASPA) and a registered Trademark and Industrial Design Agent in Malaysia.  Shy Tsong graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1994.  He joined Donaldson and Burkinshaw in 1996.  In addition to his law degree, he also holds an Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies.         

GALEN TAN

Galen is an experienced Private Banker and Investment Professional with over 20 years of expertise in the industry.  He started his career as a Management Associate with Irving Trust Bank in New York.  Prior to EFG Bank in 2000, he worked in the Private Banking arms of Merrill Lynch International Bank, Coutts (Schweiz) AG (Singapore) and Citibank N.A (Singapore).  At EFG Bank, Galen is responsible for managing a base of high net-worth individuals from Singapore, Malaysia,Thailand, Indo-China, Philippines, Taiwan, People's Republic of China, and Hong Kong.  Galen is also an active volunteer at Holland/Bukit Timah GRC and serves as an Auditor on the Citizens Consultive Committee in Ulu Pandan.
